My operations work centers around connecting and automating processes, auditing full systems to determine what the best path forward is. I prioritize building on platforms already in place to get the full value out of the current stack. Deterministic automations are scripted to bring interoperability between software without needing iPaaS or middleware.

Project Lifecycle

For project-based professional services, project setup is a key operational function to standardize and automate. In this example, the trigger that marks a pursuit "Won" sends a cascade of automations through the Microsoft environment with the initial Power Automate flow touching 9 different Microsoft products. A script reads contracts to extract project information and the documented API for the project management tool BQE Core allows for automated financial project setup. Miro is integrated as a project tool. A process that used to range from 120-150 clicks can now be done in two.

Resourcing and planning often spans across multiple sources. In this custom tool, a SharePoint Framework web part joins five datasets on one screen, charting hours for the current week, projects by staffing role and manager, a four-week capacity heatmap, and a two-week calendar of deadlines and site visits.
